- There is a provision of safety for running lifts in high rise buildings. Hence, all the running lifts should be inspected by the competent authority at prescribed intervals. It will certainly avoid the dangers associated with failures of safety features lifts which have already occurred in some apartments. It is mandatory too. It may be included in the priority demand.
- Suggestion: I would like to amend point No.2-- Form of Declaration should be submitted first then comes any compounding approvals with the consent of AAO and then comes the completion certificate. Since Form of declaration has not been submitted by the promoter, (as published by GDA) hence we should ask for Form of Declaration under the Apartment Rules, 2011 in Form -A.

I would like to bring to your attention that Township maintenance charges should be based on per flat basis and not on Per Sq. Feet Basis, Actually the same should also be the basis for calculating Monthly Maintenance charges in all Societies.
Basic Idea, Just Like Electricity is that, the services, whether in form of Monthly Maintenance or Township Maintenance are the same for every body ,Hence it seemed unjustified to ask people with Bigger Flats to Shell out more MONEY for essentially same Services!!!
Also, there should be a provision for a Weekly Haat at a designated place inside Crossing (Currently it can be along side Road after the Fountain Chowk and CNG Station, near Police Chowki) for people to come and Buy Fresh Vegetables. Similar Weekly Haats are operating in rotational basis at various sectors of Noida.
This will give CR Residents more choice, variety and also help to check high prices being charged by Current Vegee Vendors.
These are some Ideas that i would like to float around for making our Township more comfortable and convenient without paying through our nose for it.
