He is supposed to pay penalty to you till possession.
If u hav cleared all payments till date.. Just send a letter and ask for penalty cheques.
Also keep sending registered letters for asking status of building.

Subject: [CROMA] Need information in Supertech Livingstone Galaxy tower
I have booked a flat in Supertech Livingstone Galaxy tower. Construction of the tower is going very slow and will be delayed by more than 2 years.
Is there any way to ask for compensation from the builder.Need help and guidance on how to proceed about it.
