Sh. Ashok Kumar (COO, Crossings Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.) failed to do the needful in this matter despite his written promise in Jan-Fab 2013, so he is not competent to represent the Builder. There must be any Director level officer from Builder side in the discussion...

Dear Crossing Republik Residents,
As you are aware that CROMA Election has been done and the new Governing Body has been elected. So we have planned an Oath Ceremony as per the below plan.
Concerned with the growing traffic congestion on the NH-24 and in the internal roads of the Crossings Republik township (known as India's First Global City), CROMA has decided to take the initiative on the Road Safety in association with Federation of Apartment Owners Association (FedAOA), Ghaziabad under the aegis of Ghaziabad Traffic Police to bring much needed relief to the commuters of this area.
So after Oath Ceremony, we have planned an interactive discussion on "Road Safety & Traffic Congestion" with the basic intent to find out effective solutions to handle the traffic during peak office hours. CROMA is also going to work as a partner in this initiative by these credible organizers so that residents/commuters feel a little less pain while going out or returning home. CROMA seriously believe that connectivity is the prime issue for the residents of this township and this initiative might just bring about some change (relief) to the residents of this township.

Schedule:
Date: 20th April 2014 (Sunday)
Time: 11 AM – 1 PM
Venue: Club7, Plot No: Gh-07, Ghaziabad (U.P.)

Chief Guests:
1)    Sh. Alok Kumar (President, Federation of Apartment Owners Association, Ghaziabad)
2)    Smt. Kiran Yadav IPS (SP-Traffic, Ghaziabad Police)
3)    Sh. Swapnil Mamgain IPS (CO-1, Ghaziabad)

Other Speakers:
1)    Sh. K. K. Singh (General Secretary, Federation of Apartment Owners Association, Ghaziabad)
2)    Sh. A. K. Shrivastava (Election Observer, FedAOA)
3)    Sh. Ashok Kumar (COO, Crossings Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.)
4)    Sh. Hardayal Singh Yadav (SHO, Vijay Nagar Police Station)

CROMA is requesting you all to join there on time. The complete program flow and detailed agenda is enclosed here as an attachment. Please find the enclosed attachment for the same and feel free to contact us, if you have any question.

Warm Regards,
CROMA Governing Body
Crossings Republik, NH-24, Ghaziabad
