swimming can be learnt by the learner himself in 6-7 days in a shallow swimming pool... trainers are not required unless one is trying to be a professional swimmer.
societies in CR which have swimming pools won't allow outsiders (other society residents) to use their pools. and they have only life-guards.
so if your society does not have pool, you cannot use other's pool.
i don't think there are any public swimming pools in ghaziabad, you can try in delhi.
