Two patches of land adjacent to Police Station have not been developed as Golf Course. It appears that the farm owners have so far refused to sell those patches.
Till the time farm owners are unable to make up their mind to sell the said patches to Crossings Republik (CR) which could stretch to years or may be decades, can't an understanding be reached between Crossings Republik Residents and Owners Association (CROMA) and the farm owners that the latter may come up with some commercial plantation (Popular, Shisham, Teak, Eucalyptus etc.) on the said patches.
This would financially benefit the farm owners.
Residents of CR would benefit by having more fresh air, more green views and a "city jungle" within the first global city.
Above would be a win-win position for both the parties or else said patches would continue to be an eye sore for the residents.
