If there is female owner than changes will be 6% but only till first 10lakh and above 10lakh it will be 7% . So will save Rs 10000 .
Consider scenario where you are including female as coapplicant than you will save Rs 10000 but there is a fees of 10000 per additional applicant . So if there is joint property with one male and one Female than simple calculation will be 7% .
