[CROMA] Challan Recieved for No-Parking fine

 

Dear friends,

This sunday I found a challan / notice stuck at my windshield in Vaishali where I had gone for some work. I searched for the concerned person who might have issued the same but no one was there. Does anyone has a similar experience, and can guide me further.

1. Where do I submit the fine, to a police station or in a court?
2. If court, where, how much would be the fine, how to go about it?

Any help would be appreciated.
