[CROMA] Form of Declaration have been submitted by CIPL for Plot other than Gh06

 

All other project in radius of Paramount, Ajnara, Proview and Jaipuria falls under Gh06.

What I assume that form of declaration is no submitted for Gh06 because it is having more than 20 builders and most of them have unauthorised constructions for which compounding is yet to happen. For few unapproved towers work is still going on or yet to start. May be collection of data and compilation of it is going on.

I have gone thru the form of declaration of Gh7 but could not make out much as for most of the items except total area it's mentioned as MAP attached. For example for Parking total area is mentioned for no. of approved parking one need to see the map.

But positive point is someone can file RTI and get complete set of dox plot wise.

Dear Sreekant ji,

Something is better than nothing.  With time only we will understand the fate of Gh06. Aylestone CIPL has made a start for this unlike Indirapuram where majority of builder is not doing even after repeatative flow up.

You are one of the best person to evaluate it.

Request to provide your comments in case you find any major descripancy so that accordingly it can be raised to concerned authorities.
