Dear Fellow Members,
I am glad to inform you that with persistent efforts of FedAoA, GDA appears to have realized the importance of having an accurate and timely Deed of Declaration and has ordered that DOD will be created by an authorized architect, if the builder fails to provide true disclosures in the DOD.
We are glad that GDA has taken this positive step forward and assure them that our members will provide all cooperation to effectively & expeditiously implement the provisions of U.P. Apartment Act, 2010 as well as the landmark judgement 33826/2012 of Hon’ble High Court.
Truth shall and will, always prevail.
