[CROMA] Re: [Xing] Cofirmation for Repairing of Sahberi Road.

From the meetings and different communication it is clear that CIPL and administration both are not putting any serious effort for this.

To awaken them we need to do a Dharna and Gherav of CIPL office till district administration comes and in front of them CIPL inform us actual story and give confirmation.

Let's plan a date and do it.

Hello All,

While the iron is hot, can we put some pressure to repair the village road as well. The stretch from where the village road ends upto VVIP homes. (The muddy stretch)

Thanks Sanjay ji for shating this Information and thanks to all the ppl who are putting effort for this cause.

Special thanks to Amod Ji for continuous follow up which has resikted in tendering for this work and Maneesh Pandey and team for leading this delegation which put pressure for immidiate action.

Today Mr. Tarun Chauhan also visited office of Gr. Noida Authority and handed over attached letter signed by CROMA President.

Few of the resident were also putting effort to get it done on our own by contribution from residents if authority are not doing and save ourself from daily pain. In this regard till now we have got confirmation on WA and fb from approx. 125 residents ( 30 from ggv,  25 each from Saviour, Arihant & Mahagun, and 2-6 each from other society) for contribution of 1000/500 each but we were holding physical collection due to these efforts.

Yesterday few of the Civil engineer available in our township has jointly inspected the site and made a tentative plan n budget for doing this work.

Let's hope this work of temporary repairing is done at earliest possible.

Thanks again to all those who has put in effort,  sent mailers and given consent for contribution.

FYI
Dear All, Today ( 20-July-15)  we ( a delegation of 5 members Manish Pandey, Sameer Srivastava, Suyash Deep Rai, Pankaj Gautam, Santosh Ojha) met Noida MLA Vimla Batham Ji. She directed us to meet Greater Noida Authority ACO Mr. Pramod Kumar and talked to him on the spot. After meeting the Greater Noida officials,  they immediately mobilise the team of engineers for survey of the Sahberi road and directed to fill the potholes within 1-2 days ( possibly tonight only ) . They also showed us the tendering of CC road for sahberi. A CC road is expected soon  after completing the tendering process by Greater Noida authority till Crossings Republik.   Thanks for all your support.

Dear Sirs,

This refers to Link Road between ABES cut, Ghaziabad at NH 24 and Noida Extension Passing through Crossings Republik & Sahberi Village. This road is a lifeline for commuter travelling from Ghaziabad & Crossings Republik towards Greater Noida & Noida and vice versa. Further Crossings Republik where approx. 10000 -12000 family lives has only two exit point one through NH 24 & another through Sahberi/Noida Extension. Thousands of vehicle uses this route on daily basis to avoid Jam of NH 24. No. of vehicles using this link road from Ghaziabad Town & Noida is double than vehicles of Crossings Republik using this road.

On several occasion we have approached Authorities in Ghaziabad for this work but we have been told that Sahberi Village falls under jurisdiction of Greater Noida Authority.

This road is a single lane road for the approx. 200 mtr distance. and at some places encroached. Apart from this condition of road is very poor and repeatedly big pot holes comes up on this road. After long follow up by few residents including Mr. Amod Kumar Giri of Crossings Republik work of widening started and also pot holes were filled up approx. 3 month back. However widening work stopped in between after preliminary preparation and was not completed. Also of repairing was so poor that just after one rain bigger pot holes has come up and its nightmare for thousands of people passing this 200 mtr. Stretch as it takes hours to cross this patch.

The bad shape of road through this stretch is not only causing personal loss like health, mental stress, wastage of time & money  but also causing national loss by wastage of fuel. At times travelling through this stretch of 200 mtr. takes more than hour and frustrated commuter starts taking internal routes going through village and township which is making life of residents difficult.

We residents of Crossings Republik hereby request you to advise the concerned department to look into this and arrange for widening and repairing on war footing so that we will get relief from daily pain.

We look forward for any early action on ground.

Warm Regards

Amardeep Sharma
