Since so many people from Crossings commute to different parts of Noida and Delhi, I would recommend using Mobile app "BlaBlaCar".  It connects car owners (with empty seats) to people travelling the same way.

For a place like Crossings where moving in and out of township has become an issue, this appears to be a solution as it can reduce no. of cars at entry and exit points. 

Additionally, when compared to conventional car pooling, this provides a flexibility in timings- which is the best part.

we leave at 9.30 to 9.45 am for Nehru place. one person can hitch a ride.second vechile leaves at 10pm for kalkaji  I person can hitch a ride
