Nomination for TEAM performance in 4th CROMA DUSSHERA MELA 2015
Dear Friends,
We have completed Nomination for of Individual Participants for Ramleela & Cultural Program for which training is being provided by directors appointed by CROMA.
Through this mail we invite Nomination for Team Performance by kids of Crossings Republik. During past year we have seen that many entries are rushed at last moments and it becomes difficult for us to manage all the request. Considering this though we will try to adjust all nominations but in case we have more nominations w.r.t available time window then we will have to filter some request. Preference will be given to nomination received first.
We humbly request the residents of Crossings Republik to please come forward and form a team and send nomination of group for this platform and motivate the CROMA Cultural Committee to make this event most jubilant and joyful.
1)Group entry will be given preference, Group mean minimum 5 participants.
2)Max age of Participant : 16 Year
3)Entries of Individual or group with less than 5 member will be entertained only if sufficient entries are not received as per sr. no. 1
4)An nominal entry fee will be payable if entries is under banner of any professional . Entry of group of different society will be free without name of Director / Institution.
5)Any entry after cut off date of 20th Sep 15 will be considered only if time slots are available.
6)Any Decision taken by performance managing team comprising of below listed member including of selection / Timing will be final.
The nominations are open till: 20th Sept 2015
