It is not so. The issue with bank loan is that most of developers are not following the map approved by GDA and have done much higher construction than allowed. Hence psu banks don't give loan to most of crossing republik projects.

Is it correct or not ,i am not sure but somebody told that all crossik republic socities are built on agriculture land, builders did not get the land use certificate changed after buying land from farmers. So Sbi is not funding even registered flats.

     - is that flats in Crossings  are free hold, where the flat are on lease hold as in NE (Greater Noida West). 
     - For already registered flats, apart from the Registration Charges you need to pay Transfer amount to Greater Noida Authority.

Yes very rightly said if NE raw flat cost is 3500 them definitely crossing definitely deserves more than 40 as it is already well settled society with most amenities in society while there is still lot of risk associated with NE flats.
