There is no time limit within which, BC can be made.If you get it one within 15-21 days, its easiest. The more you delay, the more difficult it becomes. You will have to follow get approvals.Today I went to the MCO office in sector 39, Noida for the same. There is a notice there with defined process. I will be revisiting next week.
