[CROMA] Help Required- Regarding task to do after Possession and registration

 

Hi All,

 

I have taken a flat in crossing infra and have completed the Possession and registration.I am trying to make a  list of activities which needs to be done after this :

 

1) Grill work - Iron doors for main gate and bathroom window(shaft)

2) Wood work

3) Electrical fittings - fans,lights..?

4) Electricity Activation - Can someone pls suggest what needs to be done for activation of the meter.

5) Steel almirah's for rooms

 

I think this would be sufficient to giver the flat on rent.

 

Please suggest in case I have missed anything.
