Rahul, that is what I have done while handing over the wooden work as well as keys to Make Over- Gaurav, I was free and there is no such risk / Issue.

Hi,
 
Can anyone please suggest whether it is safe to handover the keys to property agents or workers(for interiors).
 
I stay in Delhi and can't come to CR everyday thereby please share in case we need to take any precausions while handing over the keys of the flat.
 
Someone adviced me that we should lock only one of the main gate (either grill or the wooden door) so that we only need to handover that key to the worker till the time work is completed.
