[CROMA] Re: Crossings Republik Beware residents, Dont award any work to Aman/Arif/Salmaan

Hi All,

Infect I had similar feelings some time back when consulted few local vendors for steel almirah , Iron gate, Electrical appliances fitting work etc...

Luckily I decided not to reward any work to them & started searching for their competitors in nearby area. After thorough analysis with regard to cost, quality & after sale service (area searched Sahibabad, Indrapuram, Jamia Okhla delhi, Noida, were researched), decided to order steal almirah work to one in Indirapuram for steel almirah.

Objective – Bring more competitors / vendors in crossing so that existing vendors who charge huge amount with no quality work.
Note – I am sharing my experience & happy with all effort that I made in last 3 weeks doing all this research, you may take an advantage of all research that I did but on your own risk obviously.
Work Done – Steel Almirah, Electrical fitting, Iron Gate

Steel Almirah

Cost – I am sure I saved good amount without any compromise with quality (quite Less than the price quoted by local vendor in crossing)
Quality – It looks very good .
After sale service – got a Bill with all details, Owner promised for after sale service also.
Electrical fitting
This work was awarded to contractor who work for Gaur
Cost – OK
Quality – Good quality in less time, experienced person
After sale service – assured by him (high chances as he will be available there In Gaur premises only)

Iron Gate
Cost  - Less than the price quoted by local vendor in crossing
Quality - good

Please note following for batter results
Note –
  1. Speak as a stranger to vendors initially (No reference)
  2. Bargain more on cost
  3. Mention reference & details only if you find them ok & willing to award work to them (referring at this point may give you an advantage at cost)
  4. Ensure on measurement / material & insist for bill.
Regards

Pratyoosh, without worrying aboutthe niceties of grammar and language, it would be better if we address the issue at hand. The way I see it, it is a breach of trust committed by a fellow resident against his brethren and such an act is inexcusable. There shouldn't be any qualm in addressing such person in the manner I have done. Being fellow residents, we have a fiduciary responsibility towards each other. I have received a number of emails highlighting this issue, but nobody has been forthcoming with the name of the resident. Let us stop being hypocrits and address the core issue at hand.

These are my personal views and I have made my point. Anybody can have serious reservations, but they least affect me.

Regards

Dear Alok, I agree that such residents should be exposed .  However I have serious reservation on the language used by you and we should control our emotional outburst and refrain from using such language at this forum. Apart from black listing the three brothers we should also take steps against misleading/selfish fellow residents.

Hello Chandra

Thanks for your alert. Just to add to it, please expose the supporter of these brothers among Crossings residents to avoid his/their recommendations in future for all causes.

Thanks and Regards
