ELECTION VOTER ID FORM FILING AND SUBMISSION CAMP AT CROSSINGS REPUBLIK
 
Dear All
 
To facilitate Election Voter-ID (EPIC) and inclusion of name in the electoral roll, CROMA is organizing a camp as per schedule:
 
Date    :           Jan 21-22, 2012
Day     :           Saturday-Sunday
Time   :           10 AM – 6 PM
Venue :           Near Fountain Chowk, Crossings Republik Township
 
The following documents need to be carry by the residents while filling the forms:
 
1)    Address Proof (Allotment Letter from builder, Possession Letter, Registration Copy, LPG Connection Copy, Phone Bill etc.)
 
2)    2 Passport size photograph
 
3)    ID proof ( Pan CARD, Driving License, Bank Statement with Photograph)
 
 
 
The form will be provided by CROMA free of cost at the camp. The same can be downloaded from Website (www. http://ceouttarpradesh.nic.in) as well. Please come and fill the form.
