Hi All,
 
Yesterday I got to know, Panchsheel Builder is charging Rs 7,500 per KVA + S.Tax for electricity connection for all flats and for Mini-HIG & HIG flats, minimum is 7 KVA Load. How builder can charge on per KVA basis, when UPPCL does not charge this way even Mahagun has charged fixed Rs 12,000/- for the same, Panchsheel wants Rs 58,000/- and also not allowing members to get connection directly from UPPCL.
 
Secondly, Panchsheel builder has redefined the definition/scope of Wardrobe Wooden Work. Builder is not providing wooden work for Kids Room Almirah, stating this is not Bed-room, it is Kids room.
 
We definitely need to speak to builder for this; otherwise Panchsheel is not leaving a single option to exploit with no fear of losing goodwill/face value.
 
We are facing pressing from both side, outside (Dumping Group) & Inside (Builder's nuisance). We are planning to visit Panchsheel Office, Sec-63 on 21-Jan-12 to speak to builder on this.  Let's unite and go to builder in good number to get this issue closed, pls let's know who all are joining us for this.
