Can anyone please advise when do we start paying the maintenance charges and electricity charges? Does it start from the time we get the possession letter from the builder?
I got my possession letter 4-5 months back but recently got the registration done. Do i need to pay for the maintenance + electricity charges from the time i got my possession letter or from the day i actually got the keys for my flat? Also, i haven't got the electricity meter fitted yet.
