Yes we should do something. In my view tower B takes another 2+ years at the current pace.

I wonders where you guys are when we done the same (meeting Supertech Management, discussing/fighting them for our rights) and nobody appears and we had very poor strength.

Single or group of 10-20 won't make a difference. These people know well how to handle this strength.

By the way I am already shifted in my flat, C1-1106 Supertech Livingston. Still there are many issues  I see we need to fight for, but lets unite for basic first.

It's the fourth time (every time minium 6 months) when they increased the completion date. And still not sure how many times they will delay it. It has been around 5 years now when it started.
 
I have a booking in Tower-B and in last six months they have constructed only 2-3 floors
Pls tell me if anyone got penalty agreement separetely?.
 I am in Mumbai and there is no mention of completion time/date of project/tower or any penalty statement in my allotment/agreement documents. Is it the case of everyone?
Supertech offcials are not entertaining any request through phone and even talking very rudely (specially Mr. Anil Kapoor).
Should we not do something to go collectively and talk to them to speed-up the construction and issue the penality agreement.
 
If someone from Noida/Delhi can lead it then it would be great help for everyone. I would definitely come to Noida (From Mumbai) on the finalised date
Pls help yourself and also to everyone.
