Hi,
I know a very senior and professional modular kitchen specialist. He has more then 15 years of experience in modular kitchen designing and construction.
His labour charges are Rs 200 per square feet. Its a value for money deal with the kind of finishing he brings to the product.

Some of the carpenters I have spoken with are quoting me 250 - 300 / sq.ft.
which seems to be pretty high considering I will be providing all the
material.
