Exactly guys..... I am using there 6mb plan speed 
And that is hlrrible .i would recommend you guys to use reliance 3g toggle that is awsome wth some good. Speed.

Even i had faced the same problem. Every day you have to explain your problem and person on phone will say "ok sir ho jayega" but certainly it will not. Your query resolution system is poor.
 
You should take help from some professional who is expert in operations and processes to inculcate  a customer satisfaction attitude in your employees.

It would become difficult for you to remain in business as compared to other service providers. People may start saying we want some professional service provider.

Hi All,

I am very much frustrated by intercomm facility provided by TTPL. They do not know how to provide service to customers. They do not have good management. I will talk to CSK facility and would personally visit mahagun office this weekend for their bad quality service. I am complaining from last one month that my intercomm is not working but they are not taking any action. They are big liers.
