I totally agree with Mr. Manmohan and Vineet, its actually a big relief. I personally talk to the labour working at the site. They confirmed that work is for repairing of the road.They are not aware whether the work is being given by GIINDA or someone else. They just confirmed that contractor has appointed them and assigned the job. 

Anyways work is very much in progress. Speed of works shows they will complete the road within 4-5  months. But it depends whether the  road can able to sustain the water logging in July -August. By July -August we have to keep our finger cross for entire roads of the Crossings Republik which are in progress.

Yes the work seems to have started in the sense that some encroachments have been removed.
