I have been a victim of services from TTPL. In November last year, they sent me a bill of around Rs. 400. In that month we were out of town and also their services were down. The bill that they sent me had fake calls to mobile numbers. When we called back to those numbers, we found that most of them belonged to Aggrawal Properties in GH7.
When I asked TTPL to rectify the bill, first they said that there was some problem in their billing system, but after sometime a person came and said that the bill was genuine.
I was pissed of by this behavior and asked then to clear the dues and disconnect the line there and then. I have also got rid of their cable services because they used to knock my door every week asking for bill, even though we always pay the bills in first week of the month.
I request everyone to boycott TTPL and kick them out of CR. Their services are pathetic and behavior is more worse. I will soon get rid of their internet services as well.

HiYou are very correct Ritesh I got this facility about a month ago so that i can contact my family but most of the time before I can connect to my home I have to call TTPL to resolve the Phone issue which anyways takes a lot of time and 100's of follow ups...really this is the worst serveice I have experienced in my life for anything... Would like to warn people please avoid them its nothing but waste of money time & energy to take services from TTPL..I have taken a plan of 161 (dont rem exactly) monthly, they chanrged 661 around of which 500 was security ane sent me the bill after 10-15 days, but no one was able to answer for 160 RS which they took as advance, was it advance rental or anything else still surprised..
