Re: [CROMA] TTPL : No Neve

 

Yesterday morning i was having a screen sharing call with a customer over skype. And suddenly the internet went down and the call stopped. I called TTPL, they said that there was no power in their office and it would be restored in 10-15 mins. Even after 30mins, the internet didn't work. And when it tried to call them on their phone, I found that they had switched of their mobile.

They always do this to avoid listening to the customers, when there is any major outage in their service. This shows how professional they are in customer service.

Write what all negative you can in their facebook page. Actions will be taken quickly. I did for my.intercom services and within 2 hrs the services were rectified. Prior to this they were making me run here and there for 1 month.
