As far as i remember club charges are One Time Payment charges as EDC/IDC or parking charges which we pay.
No body uses the club that justifies ~1000 Rs to be paid every month by each flat owner.
How about other societies in CR. Are they too paying it as additional yearly payment?

Incase anyone received any formal communication from Gaur informing we wil ahve to pay xyz amount as maintenance to use club and associated facilities, then its time to ahve meeting with Gaursons mgmt to raise concern.
We ahve already paid very good amount for club charges, now there is no point to pay anything else as saperate maintenance for club. Keep in mind that shortly (no confirmed time frame yet) we will ahve to start paying 30 P/SQF as CROSSING MAINTENANCE also.

I dont think there is any annual club maintenance charge. There is only one time payment on this and other maintenance charges should be included in the flat's mnt. charges which we are already paying.
Can someone clarify more on this.
