Thanks for update.
The signal problem is worsened since couple of months only specially in GH7. I used to get signals even in parking area as well but now a days not even on 11th floor sometimes.
In other societies, however this problem may be due to Weak Network Area.
I am from Telecom background and pretty sure that there is some technical issue in there existing tower as well.
Could you share the contact detail of relationship manager? I can explain to her.

Well some of my friends visited me 2 days back (Catania, Mahagun Mascot) and they were using Airtel numbers. They faced the same issue as we all are facing using Vodafone. Also many of us are using Corporate connections so "Number Portability" is not an option (alteast for me and that is solely my opinion). Also, I have been using Vodafone since past many years and had no issue with their services.
So coming to the Network issue. I received call from my relationship manager today and following is what she told me:
According to her Vodafone Network team visited Crossings and they found that Crossings comes under "WEAK INDOOR AREA" i.e. there is network issue here. She said that she does not know anything about past complaints but after our complaint (which had attached list of many numbers facing same issue) this case has been registered with Vodafone now and Crossing has been added to there WEAK NETWORK AREA LIST. She said that with in 2 months this issue will be resolved and she will keep me posted regarding any updates.
My question to her was that "WHY 2 MONTHS?". For which her response was, adding or setting up a new tower is not a 1 day or a 1 week task. It requires many approval along with approval from Crossing Management.
Hence, I just wish and hope that within this time frame we get a permanent resolution. Will keep posted if I get any further update.
