If you wish to get your connection transferred to Khwaja Garib Nawaz Indane gas agency. Then you only have to pay Rs 95 described as (Blue Book Charges+Administration Charges+Coupon booklet charges). They will issue you the receipt for the same.
Don't pay anything else other than this.
They blindly ask you for Rs 250.

Amit

Subject: [CROMA] Re: Crossings Republik KYC form
The deadline for submission of KYC (Know Your Customer) details in the prescribed form along with Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA) by multiple LPG connection-holders has now been extended till 15th November, 2012. Earlier, the last date for submission of the details was fixed as 31st October, 2012.
Only those customers whose names appear in the respective oil marketing company's (OMC) Transparency Portal as identified using /holding multiple LPG connections (the list is also available with your LPG distributor) need to submit the KYC details along with POI and POA before the revised deadline of 15th November 2012. Customers whose names do not appear in the transparency portal of oil companies as Multiple Connection Holders or in the list available with your distributor need not, repeat need not, submit the KYC details. The transparency portals of the respective OMC can be accessed through their websites in this website.
KYC details will also be required to be submitted along with POI and POA in the case of registering/booking for new LPG connections, besides cases involving transfer and regularisation of existing LPG connections as well as during re-activation of blocked/dormant LPG connections.
Customers holding a single LPG connection need not, therefore, rush to their distributors to submit their KYC details as they are not required to do so as of now.
Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) have also eased the process for transfer of existing LPG connection among family members (during lifetime) or to the legal heir (in case of death) of the registered consumer, besides easing regularisation of LPG connection held in someone else's name but with original documents. There is also proviso for regularisation of LPG equipment held without original documents in the new scheme launched by OMCs. Details for all the above cases can be obtained from the respective LPG distributor, as well as from the OMC websites.
LPG customers not appearing in the list of Multiple Connection holders need not submit KYC form as of now.
