Hello Crossings Republik Residents,
Please find the enclosed attachment as news clipping for the lift incidents happened yesterday evening in Mahagun Mascot society and I was there inside the lift with my 2 years old baby, 60 years old father and my brother. As an update, the FIR has been lodged on Mahagun, CSK and OTIS as negligence of services. 
As a next course of action, I along with 15 other society members went to the GDA office and met with VC, Mr. Santosh Yadav and he was aware with the incident via News Paper and other resources. He has formed a committed in GDA under his presidentship who will investigate the fact. Also he has called a meeting of the Mahagun India Pvt. Ltd., CSK Facility Management Pvt. Ltd., OTIS India Pvt. Ltd. and MMRWA Office Bearers on Wednesday at 3:30 PM. 
Apart from that, we met with the SSP of Ghaziabad (Mr. Nitin Tiwari) and informed him the situation of the lifts and other safety/security devices in the society. He assured that he will take the necessary action on it. And finally, I went for my X-Ray and other medical investigation which has been done but the report will come later. Hope the things will get better soon. Thanks for all who are praying for me and my family for faster recovery.
I am trying to take up the entire issues related to Mahagun/CSK/OTIS so that this kind of incidents will not be happen again and requesting you all not to avoid any issues if it has been observed in your society lift. Please notify it to your Maintenance Agency and/or Builder immediately.
