The committee will not do anything since the GDA work for builders and builders work for GDA e.g.

I heard
- Last year most probably GDA current GDA officials provided gift of FAR to builders and many more things( I heard about need to get list of all things approved by GDA in last 2 years to verify it)...
- There is no common park as of now allotted by GDA for Crossings Republik residents even though they have taken money from each of us from registry. They are bent upon creating a Dumping Ground... :)
Builders Work For GDA an example:
I saw in Paper and heard
- GDA asked builders to create two underpasses for social welfare they were very happy to create it and make life of people in NOIDA and Indirapuram great luxury. They invested Crores of Money to build those under passes- GDA is extremely happy. But when it comes to deliver the service to the people who paid them money they do not care.There is no road near the GH-7 Gate no 2 as mentioned by few people since last two years but they did not pay any penalty to residents they ignored all issue raised.
- Two big underpasses at NOIDA with crores of investment(Whose money was that ?) was created withing a year or months I do not exactly remember but the Pulia widening takes years to get complete or even start I am not sure what kind of policy and system we have ??????????????????? Create underpasses but Please DO NOT COMPROMISE THOSE WHO PAID MONEY TO YOU. PLEASE CREATE BETTER CONNECTIVITY FOR THEM ALSO...
- There are many examples like this... GDA even does not care to create a park near to CR for residents instead they are bent upon creating a dumping ground I am not sure what are they doing now a days? Daily they work on widening of NH-24 but situation remain same...
There would be many issues once we check in detail...
The incident which occurred today was not acceptable in any society. but as the GDA person say that they need some association to solve this kind of problem since it is raised by an individual in this case also they will do the same... They will just mark the issue to OTIS.
I am thinking what the Maintenance Head Worker is doing ? Why he/she does not care about these situations? Why he should remain as the maintenance head worker after these incidents?
he must be replaced ?
Mahaguan(be it Mahesh issue of shops in the Mahagun) and Crossings Republik Infra(there are many) has long record of violating rules when it comes to create a society/city without proper approval( I think Crossing was approved with 360 acres but still it has less land I am not sure about this information but I saw from the news paper about this information sometime back. If it is not true please consider my statement invalid and forgive me I will take my statement back) or create a villa/shops at the end without letting people know about it or when it comes to sell and build apartments near the Dumping Ground GDA, GNN sleeps well at that time...
I even observe that 80% good people do not care about it since they know nothing will change with current government rules and policies and they will just adapt to any bad condition whenever that will come.In the current system it has become difficult to speak to someone who is there in the system for your service! Please wake up as Nayak (yes I am talking about the movie I do not have any better example other than that movie as of now - But in Nayak there was only one Nayak we need all people behave as Nayak) all system is yours we are the one who must live life with dignity and respect!
I know all of those who do not participate they think that the system will not give them chance since the system will call for voting which is not at all a very good procedure! Lets make a system which gives turn to each individual in the system to become policy maker for the same amount of time that is the only way going forward for a
Next Generation Of Democracy
It is difficult to make system which automatically gives chance to all people in a defined way and in defined time period. This is difficult but if we can make planes then it is not difficult to implement these systems!
I appreciate builders to create a nice township concept but they have failed to maintain it.
For them selling flat is just a game to get the money go back and njoy ! But we need to make sure they understand and experience these situations!
I think we should make a crossing BANDH SHOW (just my opinion since no one listen for our issues For bandh we can get print out of at least one issue pasted at the back of your shirt so that all can know we have issues) may be on 21st or 27th April to show that we need better situations... I think that it is required since they do not care about it our concern...

Rules and Policies of governments:
This government creates rules regulation for common people so that common people do not understand them and then this government create lawyers so that they get paid from common people to solve their problems based on constitution rules and regulation!
What an Idea!
Shame on this kind of rule and regulation and governments who create something for common people so complex to ensure that common people must not understand it! I do not know what is the current direction and situation of the policy in this country!
Change Governments, amend constitution rules and regulations for better human society! For equal opportunity for all where we value each individual! Where we care for all!
But... why I should worry about these situations Millions live and continue their life the same way! They say it is the system which we have to follow!
Why I am different from millions in this country who do not think to care about these things!
I should also relax with all issues and make that a base line for the system
Why not I should also get converted into devil element and think about self forget the system!
Still thinking many other easy options for relaxed life ....
I need to take a decision to get converted into devil or continue to be human and work to create a better future human society!
For those 80% good people who do not care about it need to take a decision to give their command in devil system or create a future society to ensure equal opportunity to all in the system.
Lets wake up or the society will be managed by devil elements!
Decision is ours!

Subject: [CROMA] Lift Incident in Mahagun Mascot Society on Sunday evening dated 15th April
Hello Crossings Republik Residents,
Please find the enclosed attachment as news clipping for the lift incidents happened yesterday evening in Mahagun Mascot society and I was there inside the lift with my 2 years old baby, 60 years old father and my brother. As an update, the FIR has been lodged on Mahagun, CSK and OTIS as negligence of services.
As a next course of action, I along with 15 other society members went to the GDA office and met with VC, Mr. Santosh Yadav and he was aware with the incident via News Paper and other resources. He has formed a committed in GDA under his presidentship who will investigate the fact. Also he has called a meeting of the Mahagun India Pvt. Ltd., CSK Facility Management Pvt. Ltd., OTIS India Pvt. Ltd. and MMRWA Office Bearers on Wednesday at 3:30 PM.
Apart from that, we met with the SSP of Ghaziabad (Mr. Nitin Tiwari) and informed him the situation of the lifts and other safety/security devices in the society. He assured that he will take the necessary action on it. And finally, I went for my X-Ray and other medical investigation which has been done but the report will come later. Hope the things will get better soon. Thanks for all who are praying for me and my family for faster recovery.
I am trying to take up the entire issues related to Mahagun/CSK/OTIS so that this kind of incidents will not be happen again and requesting you all not to avoid any issues if it has been observed in your society lift. Please notify it to your Maintenance Agency and/or Builder immediately.
