Re: [CROMA] Re: Parking Mess around Panchsheel Wellington

I don't think other than visitor, extra vehicle of residents should be allowed inside society than allotted parking to individual else with increasing occupancy situation will become like other part of Delhi - NCR where frequently we come across news of fight on issue of parking issue due to higher no. of car than available parking space.

At this moment with less occupancy it may look fine and it will work also for some time till occupancy increases but with increasing occupancy and increase in size of family no. of vehicle will keep increasing. If rules are not framed out and adhere from start at later date it will be impossible.

actually i had read recently that builders cant sell open parkings now.......instead of making money wrongly they could have made those open parkings available for the owners......or at least a parking area outside or inside for all comman kind off.....v knw the rates of parking lot is too high and its better to buy a car rather then buying parking space.....v cant force nyone to buy more parking place....but yes v can definately solve issue by talking.....

There is no reason Why other residents of CR should pay for their cars to park them if they are having more cars? CIPL or CROMA needs to discuss with the societies and different RWAs to formulate a policy or have Tow-away zones.

Agree that most of the vehicle parked on road are of flat owners who has no. of vehicle more than parking slot purchased by them.
Hardly 25% of vehicle are of Visitors and visitors comes mainly in day time.

I am 100% sure majority of these cars are not of visitors. No visitor would forget the car after parking. Most of these cars have been parked for months, having thick layer of dust on them. Visitors cars are not visible for many weeks.

I live in one of the society on this road and I know how hazardous is walking on the road with small kids.

Is someone from CROMA listening?

Many other cars are parked there which are moved daily. These cars are occupying almost half of the road width. Leaving no space for walkers. Walkers are forced to walk in the mid of the road because footpath is hidden behind these cars.
