Axis bank Loan services is Pathetic to say the least, I have taken loan from axis bank and have been paying regular EMI from last 5 years, recently I applied for top-up loan, which was committed to be disbursed in 2 weeks. It's been more than 2 months and still no disbursement.

To my surprise, the reason they are not able to disburse loan, is they dont  have my original sales deed, which was handed over to them back in 2011. Trust me, I am escalating this matter to all levels ...but till date they are not able to find my property papers...they agree its with Axis bank but not sure where it is...and I am suffering due to this.

Any pointers, on Consumer court lawyer , how can i file a case etc?

I had also taken loan from Axis Bank. The experience with DSA  (Sachin, Lajpat Nagar Branch) was very bad. But the DSA services does'nt matter once the loan is disbursed  as we need to deal with the bank directly.

The Bank service was good but the only -ve was that you need to travel to Daryagunj (the only Loan branch in Delhi) everytime in case of pre-payments. I guess they also have a home loan branch in Noida. Also, they won't reduce the rates easily for existing customers but that I feel is the case with every bank.

Any body who is having home loan with any bank @ more than 10.25%rate of interest can call me to get it transferred @10.25% without any hassles.

Rate of interest: Higher then so many banks, consider it on the higher side. Per say HDFC is always lower then them.
