Meeting of AAO/RWA is called but as per my information Gaur is one of the few society who neither have AAO or Adhoc committee even after 2 year, effort should be put in 1st to conclude that.

Thinking about some penalty based mutually agreed service levels. These vague thoughts come in mind which might seem far from practicality but am sure if all intelligent heads sit together can put something in place.

This way many in town can save their efforts and utilize for better purpose. Also, this helps to discourage mohalla level politics to achieve things which are clearly defined rights of people living in town.
In our ggv, there were many needed to escalate to impose revised rates or to not bring DG free back up unit further down to maintain min 100 rs free backup.

As you all might be knowing that effective 1st April 2014 UPPCL has withdrawn Surcharge on Electriciy Unit charges and fixed charges which was charged @ 3.71% till 31st March. Please refer to the news clippings in regard to it, published in April 14.
So effective bills generated in May 2014 the tariffs were reduced due to this effect. Owing to this only CIPCL as well reduced charges effective May 2014.
The change in tariff is as below:Old Grid Supply Tariff rate : Rs. 4.90/unit - New Tariff rate: Rs 4.73/ unit (excluding any line losses being charged by builders)
Old Fixed Load Charge : Rs. 76.10 / KVA - New Fixed Load Charges : Rs 73.5/ KVA
We have already got our prepaid meters updated in Mascot. Respective RWAs could also take this up with the builders/maintenance agencies.
Also please note that, starting 6th June 2014, owing to the losses UPPCL has reintroduced the Surcharge but at a lesser rate of 2.84%. So there would be revision required once again sometime this month or next month by CIPCL.
