Yes, blood collected from these camps will reach blood banks, which will ultimately be sold to the needy.
I prefer to go AIIMS, donate blood, get the card, and give it to someone in need (those who line up outside the blood bank in AIIMS), the needy will exchange the card for blood free of cost. And you will 'feel good'.
