CROMA ELECTION NOTIFICATION
Dear CROMA Members,
As per the Executive Committee and Volunteers joint meeting held on 25th Dec 2011 has decided to conduct the election of 'Executive Committee of CROMA' for the year 2012-2013 and subsequently the CROMA Executive Body has entrusted the task of conducting the same and accordingly an 'Election Committee' was established headed by a 'Returning Officer'. So the following are the key note for the election programme.
CROMA Membership Programme
In order to facilitate the election programme, we started off-line membership drive programme so that all the existing as well as new members can take part in the CROMA Election Programme. All individual flat owner/allottee of Crossing Republik Township can become the CROMA Member and can take part in the election, subject of cut-off date for membership given in the below election schedule. The one time-membership fee is waived off now, till further notification. So no membership fee is to be paid now to take the membership during this membership drive period.
- For Existing Online Members: In order to avoid the duplicate entries in the voter list, the online member's registration system has been stopped till further notice. However, all the existing members who already have registered on the website (www.croma.org.in) will be eligible to take part in the CROMA Election Programme but CROMA may ask for re-verification through online mode again, if found to be invalid or duplication. Please confirm your credentials as per below when asked:
a) Scanned copy of 'Allotment Letter' received from Builder.
b) Scanned copy of 'Possession Letter' received from Builder.
- To Become New Member (Off-line Method): I am also attaching 'CROMA Membership Form' with this mail and the same has been uploaded on the Website as well and requesting you all to take the printout, fill it up and submit it along with the credential mentioned above in para 1(a) and 1(b) to the CROMA President or Executive Members or Election Committee Members in your society or anyone mentioned below as hard copy through yourself or via proxy mode:

CROMA Voting Method
It has been decided that the Online as well as Off-line voting will be conducted for CROMA Election Programme.
- Online Voting System: This facility is purely provided for the benefit of flat owners/allottee who are not staying in the Crossings Republik Township now but planning to shift in future, they can cast their vote online. Once the voter list is finalized, the CROMA Election Committee will send an e-mail with link through which member can log-in to the 'Online Election System' and can cast their vote. The Election Window will be opened only for 4 days and password for this purpose would be forwarded to you well before the voting date. If you missed to take the part in the online voting system, you can take part in the Off-line Voting System (see the more information in the next point for this). Further notice for 'Online Election System' will be announced timely on the website as well.
- Off-line Voting System: Those who are currently staying in Crossings Republik Township are requested to kindly come and vote personally, as per the date, time and venue intimated in the below schedule.

10) Date of Off-line Election, if required : 5th February 2012 (Sunday)

(c) Counting : 4 PM onward
(d) Declaration of Result : Late evening on the same day
