Gyanendra - That is really bad if they did so. Not trying to justify their wrong doing, just wrote my experience, which was not that bad. Also, I've seen many flats in Mahagun Mascot & 1 location in Indrapuram where they have done all woodwork.
I would suggest to that guy whose material is used in another flat, to go along with them and purchase the same material he bought earlier, obviously payment has to be made by these guys, but don't let them buy on their own, after getting the stuff rethink whether to continue with them or not.

Century Plywood 19mm (not plyboard), internal Mica Greenlam, external mica Century, all hinges by Hettich/Kaff, locks for doors by Godrej (cylindrical) and wardrobe locks by Europa/Harrison. Only point is, I had to take time out to keep an eye on each and every material they were using. Didn't offer contract for my kitchen, ironwork and main door to them.

I also talked to them regarding wood work and  they knows good marketing techniques. They have all the mahagun flat owners information and they came to my old house before registration of my new house and they are ready to bargain and manage their profit from the material. If anyone is looking for wood work I would like to refer vijay carpenter. He doesn't bargain much but use good quality of material I am satisfied with wood work done by him.
