Hi Friends, I believe Shailendra wants to know the minimum circle rate of the CR. Ex. If the circle rate of the locality is Rs. 1500/ft and some one got the flat at rs. 1200/ft. In this case the registration charges will be calculated on the basis of circle rate and vice versa if the purchase rate is higher then registration charges will get calculated on the purchase price. Combined registration- 10 lacs 6% and rest amount 7% but If doing a joint registration then you need to deposit another Rs 10K. So effectively only male registration and combined registration is same amount. While you will save 10K if only female member registers the property. Yes------ PLC is added to the BSP and parking space cost also included in Registry amount . but not on EDC, FFC,IFMS,PB etc charges .. as per my understanding.

Hi Kumar, Registry amount is as follows:-1. Only Male member - 7% of the BSP or the circle rate (whichever is higher)2. Only female member - for first 10Lacs its 6% and the rest amount is 7% of the BSP or thecircle rate (whichever is higher) Note: 6% or 7% of the BSP is higher than current circle rates for Crossings Republic.
