[CROMA] Urgent Help required...

 

Hi All,
Any body have any idea about the circle rate of crossing.
I am going for the registry of my flat which is in crossing. Builder asked different circle rate based on the floor. For the Ground, Ist and 2nd floor circle rate has been changed (as according to builder). It's seem that - there is something fishy on builder side.

Could you please tell me the circle rate of crossing and is it changed as per the floor?
Could you please share your exp. If any one have gone for reg. recently.
