Even I faced lots of issues with TTPL Intercom facility.

I was assigned a number 21742 after long follow ups.

Now the connection sometimes goes dead and sometimes comes alive. The number has been assigned to another flat now. I don't know what is the number for my flat.

I am in Crossings Infra flat# 7042, tower 2.

As per our telephonic conversation you will going to give us the Root cause of all these issues along with solution and deadline towards it, hoping to get good service now on. This issue is pending since long and required your pro-active approach rather than reactive. Hoping you can understand various other issue related to Intercom, security is most prior out of it.

Thank you for your email.

Actually till date intercom has not been installed in my flat so I can not comment on ttpl service. Once intercom is installed then only I can find how efficiently it functions. But one thing I can inform you from my experience that they are very slow and casual in their approach.

There was some action noticed two days back when they suddenly pretended to start installation of intercom at my flat as can be seen from emails exchanged below, may be because of pressure from Mahagun. However it's back to normal now and ttpl has not made any further attempts to complete the installation of intercom at my flat.

Now I can only wait as I have been doing for past three months.

Can you suggest a better option??

Just my curiosity, there are so many mails in this forum where people have outrightly criticised the service from TTPL. Is there any reason or improvement of service from TTPL that you have decided to avail of their services? I will be soon shifting to crossings and that's the reason I have asked, of course I have no intention to influence your decision.

These are all lucky people who atleast got intercom installed.
 
I am running after ttpl for three months now but not yet successful in getting an intercom installed.
 
I was talking to CSK and one Mr. Mukesh(Mobile#9211722176) in ttpl, who has now stopped answering my calls.
 
Intercom is essential for resident's security too as it can be used to reach security staff in case of an emergency as mobile connectivity is not good at the moment in Crossings area. Will CSK, Mahagun or TTPL take the responsibility in the event of any mishap due to non-working intercom facility??
 
Will someone from Mahagun come forward to take responsibility and bother to look into the issue???

Hi All,

I am very much frustrated by intercomm facility provided by TTPL. They do not know how to provide service to customers. They do not have good management. I will talk to CSK facility and would personally visit mahagun office this weekend for their bad quality service. I am complaining from last one month that my intercomm is not working but they are not taking any action. They are big liers.
