From Sai Mandir, straight road towards sec 72 reaches CR.
 
it takes less than 20 minutes for this drive on weekend, office days I cant  say...

The current price of Crossing is in between 2400 - 3200 per sq. feet depending builder / construction time / facilities etc. for dumping zone issue you can read today's Hindustan Times and it is clear that dumping ground will be build soon as the authorities has been started some work too. even builders filed a High court challenge in supreme court but supreme court clearly ordered that construction of the dumpyard will not be stop. Also there is no road connectivity from sai mandir, but yes you can use shahberi road to reach noida.
