Finally managed to start a carpool from Crossings to Gurgaon and so far this has been running successfully since last 2 months.  

We are group of 4 and have hired a cab from external vendor, he charges monthly 24k which is equally divided among 4 of us. Morning we leave at 7:45 AM and it takes between 1:30 hrs to 1:45hrs. Evening we leave by 6:30PM and reach home at max by 8:30. You can contact our carpool vendor Mr. Sanjay.(9971470870) and try if something works out for you guys as well.

I already have a job in Gurgaon and I shifted to Crossings after serving 2 years in that company. The company told me your new location is in no-hiring zone and cab can not be given. Faced with the situation, I had to discuss with different stakeholders. 

Now, I get cab from Noida City Center Metro Station. I reach metro station by Bike and park it there. If someday, cab is late, I take metro to Gurgaon and cab picks me up from there.  If I have to stay late in Gurgaon for somework, I take metro back to noida and there I have  my bike.

The point is, it is manageable that way. Advantage with Citi Center Metro Station is, it is in straight direction from Crossings via Sahbery road. The parking facility works there 24 hours. So no worries about timings.
