I was also there when this thing happend.

Thre are few points those can be easily rectified.

1. Telephone given to watchman is not working.I don't know who's responsibility is this.

2. Emergency Bell and telepnhone given inside the lift was also not working.

Atlease alarm given inside the lift should be in working conditions.
