I also paid for maintainence since when possession letter was issued. While electricity maintainence was paid from possession date..

Hello Group.


I have taken possession of my flat in crossing infra society last year but have not shifted yet.I am told that maintenance charges will be calculated from Jan last year.  In my case the flat was not ready for possession in the month of Jan 11 so the builder's people at the maintenance office are considering there own dates from the start of society for calculating maintenance charges.

Can anyone who has been in similar situation tell from when the maintenance charges should be calculated and has anyone faced similar issues or any other issues while settling the maintenance charges from crossing infra?

Any senior point of contact from crossing infra who is handling the maintenance charges whom we can talk to resolve this issue.
