[CROMA] Re: Crossings Republik Mahagun Mascot : LIFT could kill kids

I am not sure if FIR is logged against Otis & Maintenance agency or not.
Ideally legal action should have been initiated by this time.

Mahagun can not wash hand by putting all blame on otis or maintenance agency.

He need to do proper Analysis as this lives could have been lost yesterday. Thank god for no causalities.

Apart from Mahagun all other societies RWA need to check the health of lifts.

BTW: Otis is quite renowned company if this is happened with their lift then strongly need to check what was wrong.

This is really scary to read. If the licence is not displayed inside the lift cabin you might check if the same has been handed over by the builder to the society and the time of handover. Its a criminal offence to make a lift operational for public use without getting the PWD licence.

Thank GOD that all four persons are safe.

This is really very serious thing and could happen anywhere.

Even I have also not seen any "lift operations and maintenance certificates" in most of the societies. (which can be easily seen in offices).

I think the builder, the lift manitenance company and the RWA, all should take preventive actions on this.

After all this directly impacts the LIFE.
