Re: [CROMA] SUPREME COURT ORDER ON BUILDERS PETITION ON DUMPYARD

 

Hi Nalin,

There was confusion to many residants that on 29th Aug there was some court hearing on our petition. The hearing is scheduled on builders as well as our petition for 17.09.2012 The same is reflecting on the website also.

29.08.2012 was the last date for filing of reply by the Respondents  i.e. U.P.Govt./GDA/GNN etc on the builders petition.

Hi,

The court order pertaining to builders Ansals & Crossings Infra Pvt. Ltd. for Dumping Ground was listed on 23rd July and below mentioned is the order link.

This means that Respondents i.e. GDA, State of U.P. need to file their counter affidavit i.e. reply to the Petition of builders as last opportunity and court has adjourned the matter for 29.08.2012
