NE will be relaunched next month in full swing at 3500-3700 rate. Crossings will tocuh 4000 in next 3 months.

I purchased my flat in Paramount symphony considering the example of Indirapuram, Vaishali & Kaushambi of GZB. In 1999, I was residing in Pratap Vihar, GZB and visited these just developing areas with the intention of purchasing a more spacious flat. Seeing the somewhat pathetic conditions of above areas, I opted for Greater NOIDA. But now these areas are also hot destinations and appreciation is similar as that of NOIDA.
 
Learning the lesson from development of these areas,  I opted for Crossing Republic, considering that after few years, may be 5 years more, the appreciation will be almost same in this region comprising of CR, NE and NOIDA. So only we have to have patience.
 
Whatever facilities NE will have in coming time, will also be effective for CR also, whether it is Metro or other facilities.

I believe it will take min 4 year in NE for delivery of 1st project, and once all the project in NE and adjoining sector of Noida is ready movement of traffic will be not as free as it is today.Hopefully in 2-3 year NH24 widening will be complted which will give CR, better connectivty to Noida Delhi.As a end user price appriciation does not make much of difference. Commercial establishment and facility will make difference, which will be better in CR than NE due to no. of ppl residing here.

There is no comparison with NE . CR atleast have golf course for fresh air but noida extension going to have 100s of towers of 25 floors with no parks inside. My friend was exploring all projects of NE and I was with him. Gaur city was pathetic in terms of density , then supertech and amarpali were even worst. I hope you all know that these three builders have 70% of overall project space. If one project is having 10000 flats then except one school will send multiple buses to pick up school kids. Bus won't have bus numbers but named as Ramagya School Gaur City II :).  Do we know if any mall is planned in Noida extension , so far what I have seen is tech zones and institutional area in master plan. 
Even if it is planned we can't except them to live before next 7 years. Commercials always come in the end of development cycle of any area as only then businessmen can except good returns from commercials. So yes wait is there. 

Yes NE will always have an edge in terms of connectivity to main noida as it will save 4-5 kms of run to main Noida if you work place is in Noida. 2-3 kms may look small now but when everything is going to be livable then  it will make a difference. Any prospective tenant will give distance as first criteria if he needs to choose b/w CR and NE.

I don't know how we r rating CR and NE as a better locality, there is no place for school, park, hospital etc,

competetion does not reduce prices, if there will be nearby localities developed, there will be more facilities, better transport and amenitites...
 
Crossing would have better connectivty to Highway and would not have impact on prices due to NE for next 2-3 years

CR has an edge due to RTM and NE will take another 5 years to reach this stage. So I don't think it will impact on the price here. People nowadays (end users) mostly prefer the RTM as they have seen from the experience that builders normally delay their projects.
