Atul:

You are absolutely right. Some residents keep there interest above society interest.

People with commercial interest should be thrown out of residential societies provided opening of commercial activities are banned/not allowed in the residential complexes as per the agreement. Given a chance these people will create Bars and Tabela in Crossings residential societies.
They should be banned punished or removed from societies. Societies should impose social ban on these kind of people.
This is extremely dangerous for the future of Residential Societies. The security staff need to be more strict to deal with these kind of people and the vehicles without valid sticker should not be allowed to get into the residential complexes.
It is right time to stop them by request or by force.
I am not sure why they want to pollute a residential society with commercial activities even though there are lot many commercial complexes are planned in the crossings. These are the people who initiate a wrong culture in the society and then it becomes virus which will affect all good people.

I heard theses anti-social  elements have filed cases against good people who want to stop these bad activities. People should ban these activities as soon as possible else they will spread like virus across all residential societies in crossings.

Side effects of commercial activities in the residential complex are becoming visible. Severe and shameful fight at Gate no.1. Unfortunate!!

The agreement done with builder explicitly states that no residential flat can be used for any commercial activity. However, every morning we receive at least one pamphlet for a commercial venture within the society.
Abhishek you have rightly raised (and doing it repeatedly) the concern of security threat. This is actually a very serious issue.

Also, within GH7 there are offices of brokers as well and the sad part is guards don't even bother to note down vehicle's registration numbers that are associated with these brokers, as in the vehicles owned by potential buyers and tenants that come with these brokers.

Need to do something before any mishap occurs with any of the occupants.

Regards,

Rahul

Commercial activity can only run from designated commercial area/shops allocated. Not from home.
We should take strong exception to this before it goes out of hand.
File a complaint with Builder and police.

Thanks
