Hi All,

We should not let this incident go..or else we should not complain if such incidents occur again...I am residing in Crossings and I wish to participate if I can be of help to this initiation. We should not forget that this is a sheer negligence that the lift has fallen off..I have never heard of such incidents ever in my life..it must have not been checked at all or else they would have found the programming/physical damage.

Please do as the protocol says....its required.

Infact relook is required in all the lift installed by Otis in this area as same set of staff must have done installation in whole area.

As per my view, first an FIR should be logged by Mahangun residents and secondly CROMA should raise this point with builder and make sure that
 
1. Proper invesigation is done about why this lift broke down
2. Based on the investigation proper preventive measures are taken so that this does not happen in any of the society.

I am surprised that why Mahagun residents not looking for legal action against Mahagun,CSK and OTIS.
As per my understanding, it's the only way these Cheaters can be taught a lesson.

They are playing with lives of which they have no shame.

Croma should also come forward to help in this matter.

Due to utter callousness of Mahagun and CSK Facility, yesterday a lift broke in Bettina, Mahagun Mascot fell and left residents in horror.
