FYIP.

Registry amount calculation is as follows:-

1. Only Male member - 7% of the BSP+PLC+Parking  or  the circle rate (whichever is higher)
2. Only female member - for first 10Lacs its 6% and the rest amount is 7% of the BSP +PLC+Parking or the circle rate    (whichever is higher) 
3.Combined registration- 10 lacs 6% and rest amount 7% but If doing a joint registration then you need to deposit another Rs 10K. So effectively only male registration and combined registration is same amount. While you will save 10K if only female member registers the property.

Note: 6% or 7% of the BSP is higher than current circle rates for Crossings Republic.
Registry amount calulation include BSP+PLC+Parking .
   but not include EDC,FFC,IFMS,PB ,Club chages etc charges  as per my understanding.
